This new web-based solution, created by Luminous for Enginuity, helps facilitate a very targeted match between a highly-qualified candidate and an engineering career opportunity. The solution seeks to fill an open job with the best candidates—not the recruiter’s inbox with endless resumés to sift through.
Candidates are qualified and matched to open jobs using a proprietary combination of matching criteria that goes beyond just the basics of their education, acquired skills, and technical certifications. Each candidate is also assigned a “Fit Score” based on their qualifications for a particular opening, and how well their workplace preferences mesh with the corporate culture of that employer.
Hiring managers are then presented with the most qualified and well-matched candidates—eliminating much of the legwork typically involved in the hiring process.
